- Provide proactive, high‑level administrative support to senior leaders, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage complex executive calendars, balancing changing schedules, competing demands, and time‑sensitive meeting requests with sound judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last‑minute changes.
- Plan and execute meeting logistics, ensuring meeting space, technology, materials, attendees, and related details are organized for a seamless experience.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports and other administrative documentation accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with executives, internal business partners, external contacts, and vendors while serving as a responsive and trusted point of contact.
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive matters, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.
- Provide cross‑functional support and backup coverage for other Executive Assistants as needed.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives while demonstrating curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of Executive Assistant or high‑level administrative experience within a professional services, financial services, consulting, or similarly fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Experience supporting senior executives with complex scheduling and competing priorities.
- Exposure to global business environments or experience supporting international teams is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with an eagerness to learn new technologies that improve efficiency.
