About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Office Manager to join our growing Boston office.

As the Office Manager, you'll play a central role in the success of our team by ensuring our office operates efficiently while creating an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, candidates, and business partners. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, provide executive support to senior leadership, coordinate HR-related administrative processes, plan office events, and serve as the go-to resource for everything that keeps our workplace running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll wear many hats and have the opportunity to make an impact across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Boston office, ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
  • Providing executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, and administrative support.
  • Coordinating recruiting logistics, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding and offboarding employees, and supporting HR-related administrative processes.
  • Planning and executing internal and external events, including team celebrations, executive visits, board meetings, recruiting events, and client meetings.
  • Managing office facilities, workplace services, office supplies, kitchen operations, mail, deliveries, and building management relationships.
  • Managing vendor relationships, office purchasing, invoices, and contracts to support daily office operations.
  • Coordinating conference rooms, meeting logistics, catering, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Supporting U.S.

    -based marketing initiatives and collaborating with colleagues across our international offices on cross-functional projects.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, candidates, visitors, vendors, and external partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve office operations, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
What We're Looking For

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in office management, executive support, HR, workplace operations, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
  • Enjoy supporting others and creating a positive workplace experience.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and technology.
