The Panther Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Advancement Resources at a prestigious university in Boston, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while supporting executive leadership, coordinating projects, managing events, and assisting with data reporting and analysis. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Advancement Resources.
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive documents.
  • Conduct research and assist with special projects from conception through completion.
  • Track departmental budgets, process invoices, reconcile expenses, and provide budget updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Compile, organize, analyze, and summarize data for leadership reporting.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and data extracts using reporting tools and databases.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of engagement initiatives, events, and special projects.
  • Support invitation management, event follow-up, and communications for university engagement programs.
  • Assist with social media coordination alongside communications and project management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while supporting multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Build positive working relationships with university leadership, alumni, and cross-functional departments.
  • Learn and utilize new technology platforms and reporting tools as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of executive assistant, administrative, or office support experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Cognos.
  • Budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing experience.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or engagement initiatives.
  • Higher education or nonprofit experience is a plus.

Pay is up to $31 per hour DOE
