We're also building the most AI-enabled real estate team in Boston, so you'll be working with tools that actually make your day easier, not more complicated.

This is a right-hand role for Josh, the team's founder. Your first job is making his day-to-day work feel seamless. You'll manage his calendar, inbox, and follow-through, get to know his work well enough to communicate on his behalf, and start anticipating what he needs before he has to ask. As you build that trust, this role grows into more: team operations and building the AI-powered systems that make the whole team faster.

• Manage email, calendar, and follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks
• Draft and send communication on his behalf, in his voice
• Prepare him for meetings, calls, and events with the right context
• Own his task list, anticipate what's next, and clear blockers before they become problems
• Handle sensitive business and personal information with complete discretion

• Coordinate logistics for events hosting or attending: venue, catering, timing, who's showing up
• Prep and organize internal team meetings so Josh walks in ready
• Handle the basic office and vendor logistics that otherwise default to Josh: supplies, tech issues, scheduling repairs

• Broader team operations and vendor relationship ownership
• Building AI-powered workflows and templates
• Get licensed as a real estate agent (we'll support this) so you can occasionally step in and support Josh at client appointments - this is not a sales role
• A genuine growth path as the team scales

• Boston-based and ready to be in-person, with occasional flexibility
• Genuinely excited about using AI tools like Claude to work faster, not just curious about them
• Proactive - you find the problem and solve it before being asked
• Organized, discreet, and great at follow-through
• Multitasking and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
• Energized by the idea of becoming someone's true right hand over time
• Experience supporting a founder, principal, or executive is a plus, not a requirement

• $70,000 - $100,000 based on experience - room to grow beyond that for the right person

Josh Muncey has been a real estate agent in Boston for over 20 years. He founded The Muncey Group in 2018 because he saw how chaotic and unpredictable small real estate teams can be, agents wearing every hat, nothing quite structured. He wanted to build something different, a team where the right structure and the right people let everyone do their best work and actually enjoy it.

Working with Josh means working with someone detail-oriented, innovative, and approachable, always got a new idea in motion, but just as ready to hear yours. He's direct and efficient, and honest that he sometimes takes on more than one person can execute alone, which is exactly why this role exists. Josh lives in Jamaica Plain with his wife Sarah and their two daughters, and for him, building TMG the right way has always meant having room for that part of life too.
