As our Workplace Experience Partner, you'll be the welcoming face of our Boston office and play an essential role in creating an environment where employees, guests, and candidates feel valued from the moment they arrive. Whether you're greeting visitors, helping a new hire settle in on their first day, coordinating an office event, or ensuring our workspace is running seamlessly behind the scenes, you'll help create an office people genuinely enjoy coming to.
This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing order to busy days, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As part of our People Experience team, you'll collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and business leaders to keep our workplace operating smoothly while fostering a welcoming, engaging, and productive environment.
What You'll Do:Create an Exceptional Workplace Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, customers, vendors, and guests, ensuring everyone receives a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
- Help cultivate a positive office atmosphere where employees feel supported and connected.
- Build relationships across the organization and become a trusted resource for workplace questions and day-to-day needs.
Keep the Office Running Smoothly
- Oversee day-to-day workplace operations during your scheduled hours, ensuring the office is organized, clean, stocked, and ready for the day.
- Manage office supplies, kitchens, common spaces, meeting rooms, and workplace amenities.
- Coordinate mail, shipping, deliveries, and other workplace logistics.
- Respond to employee requests and workplace tickets, resolving issues directly whenever possible and partnering with the appropriate teams when needed.
- Work closely with building management to coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and facility-related needs.
Coordinate Vendors & Operations
- Build relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure a consistently outstanding workplace experience.
- Coordinate catering, office supplies, furniture, and workplace services.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative requests related to workplace operations.
- Partner with internal teams including HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities to support office initiatives and projects.
Support Employees Throughout Their Journey
- Help create an exceptional onboarding experience by preparing work spaces, coordinating orientation logistics, and welcoming new team members.
- Assist with employee offboarding and workplace transitions.
- Support employee engagement activities, office celebrations, team meetings, and special events by coordinating vendors, room setups, catering, and logistics.

- You're confident juggling multiple priorities.
- You have experience using Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
- Experience in workplace experience, hospitality, office management, facilities coordination, customer service, operations, or administrative support is a plus, but we're equally excited to meet candidates who have a passion for creating exceptional experiences and are eager to learn.
