Our client, a highly respected professional services organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to help keep a team of high-performing professionals organized, prepared, and operating at their best. From managing complex logistics and communications to anticipating needs and navigating shifting priorities, this role requires someone who enjoys being the go-to resource behind the scenes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional services experience and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Required - Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, meeting schedules, and shifting priorities for multiple senior professionals; coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries, and related logistics; overseeing inbox management, correspondence, and preparation of professional communications and presentations; maintaining organized electronic records and ensuring materials are accurately tracked and accessible; processing expenses and supporting billing-related administrative activities; serving as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders while exercising discretion and sound judgment;
and providing proactive administrative support that keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly. - The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience supporting senior professionals within a law firm or professional services environment; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously; polished verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail; a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise;
strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset; and proven success handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
