Senior Program Coordinator – Boston, MA

Sigma Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and program support to faculty within a law school environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication, scheduling, document management, event coordination, and administrative skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and organizational support to assigned faculty members in support of teaching, research, scholarship, and professional activities.
  • Managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Supporting semester start and end activities, including creating and maintaining Blackboard course websites and coordinating exam printing.
  • Drafting basic correspondence and creating, editing, formatting, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets, and surveys.
  • Coordinating events, workshops, symposia, and guest speaker activities.
  • Providing calendar management, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support.
  • Assisting with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in program coordination, administrative support, academic administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reimbursement, and event planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, and document formatting abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related administrative software.
  • Experience with Blackboard or other learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Boston, MA.
