Senior Program Coordinator – Boston, MA
Sigma Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and program support to faculty within a law school environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication, scheduling, document management, event coordination, and administrative skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and organizational support to assigned faculty members in support of teaching, research, scholarship, and professional activities.
- Managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Supporting semester start and end activities, including creating and maintaining Blackboard course websites and coordinating exam printing.
- Drafting basic correspondence and creating, editing, formatting, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets, and surveys.
- Coordinating events, workshops, symposia, and guest speaker activities.
- Providing calendar management, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support.
- Assisting with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in program coordination, administrative support, academic administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reimbursement, and event planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, and document formatting abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related administrative software.
- Experience with Blackboard or other learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external guests.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Must be available to work onsite in Boston, MA.
