As an Administrative Assistant, you are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment. You build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, communicate effectively, leverage data to drive informed decisions, and take a proactive approach to supporting operational excellence, workforce needs, and organizational success.
What you will do:- Serves as a trusted partner to Conley Terminal leadership by ensuring seamless administrative operations, effective coordination of priorities, and the management of sensitive and confidential information.
- Maintains accurate payroll, personnel, and workforce records while ensuring compliance, supporting employee needs, and fostering effective labor and stakeholder relationships.
- Facilitates communication, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness through meeting coordination, document management, correspondence preparation, and support for leadership initiatives.
- Leverages data, analytics, and performance reporting to provide operational insights, support strategic decision-making, enhance workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years administrative experience supporting a manager, director, or department leader. Experience handling confidential materials and managing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), combined with strong written and verbal communication skills to support executive and operational needs.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $63,000 to $67,000 annually and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, training, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.
