Our client, a highly successful real estate investment, development, and property management firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Founder and CEO. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a true strategic partner to an accomplished entrepreneur and executive who has built a substantial portfolio. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and confident operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, create structure, solve problems independently, and become a trusted extension of the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Prioritize competing demands and help drive organization and follow-through
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board-related activities, and special projects
  • Monitor and manage high-volume communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions
  • Handle highly confidential business and personal information
  • Assist with a variety of administrative and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, founders, CEOs, or business owners
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and work independently
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment
  • Ability to build trust and develop a strong long-term partnership with an executive
  • Experience managing complex schedules, priorities, and confidential matters
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business technology
