Description Provide administrative support to the CIO, Investment team, and Head of Global Business Development, including travel arrangements, expense reports, calendar management, booking meeting rooms. Support team with preparation/printing of pitchbooks and marketing materials. Liase with vendors, including building maintenance, suppliers and subscriptions. Support the People and Administration manager with HR matters including physical preparation of employee onboardings and offboardings, attendance records, policy-related declarations and forms, and organizing office events.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Manage day to day office operations. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Boston office. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Profile A successful Admin Assistant should have: 3+ years of administrative support experience, ideally within financial services environments. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year. Hybrid working model with a collaborative office.
