Schedule:
4 days in office, 1 day remote Description Executive & Administrative Support Provide comprehensive calendar management and scheduling support Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workplace Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, and office services Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities needs Assist with planning team meetings, events, and company gatherings Operations & Project Coordination Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of key administrative tasks Improve processes and identify efficiencies where appropriate Marketing & Business Support Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and client communications Coordinate website, social media, and marketing collateral updates Support event planning, conference logistics, and outreach efforts Help maintain contact databases and business development materials MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

Profile A successful Administrative Assistant/Office Manager should have: 3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Experience supporting senior executives is preferred Exposure to marketing, event coordination, or business development activities is a plus Self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently Job Offer Competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 Hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office, 1 day remote) Comprehensive benefits package High-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership Diverse responsibilities with opportunities for professional growth Collaborative, team-oriented culture Stable and well-respected organization within the investment management industry Interested?
