Executive Assistant – Investment Grade Private Credit | New York, NY| $115K–$125K + Bonus
Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a growing Investment Grade Private Credit team.
Compensation: $115K–$125K base + bonus
Location:
New York, NY
Schedule:
4 days/week onsite
Team Support: 4 individuals, including 2 senior leaders
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars and proactive scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, offsites, events, and team logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodations
- Prepare and submit accurate expense reports and review/approve expenses on behalf of the team
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide backup and cross-coverage support to other Executive Assistants and leadership teams
- Assist with ad hoc projects for the immediate team and broader firm leadership
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and help the team operate efficiently
- 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a complex, fast‑paced professional environment
- Experience with complex calendar management and travel coordination is required
- Ideally coming from investment management, financial services, professional services, consulting, or a similar environment
- Experience supporting multiple executives and senior‑level professionals
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Proactive problem solver with a strong service orientation
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to last‑minute changes
- Undergraduate degree preferred
