Temporary Admin Support

Tasks include:

• Reviewing upcoming schedules for patients with SLO syndrome and Lysosomal Storage Disorders (cross checking against our clinic lists)
• Conducting follow-up phone calls with families 1 week and 1 month after the visit to review what the provider listed as action items, sending follow-up portal messages
• Following up with the MDs/NPs if new questions arose or if families had medical questions
• Reviewing the patient lists for patients that are overdue for follow-up and messaging the admin team to get those patients scheduled
• Collecting data on number of tasks/time to completion/use of access care coordinators/etc.
• Other care coordination tasks such as looking for resources and updating resource guide

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
