Temporary Sr Administrative Associate - Arabic Speaking

Our client, a leading healthcare organization in Boston, is seeking a Senior Administrative Associate to support an international patient services team through early October. This fully onsite opportunity is located in Boston and offers $27/hour, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. This candidate will have to be bilingual fluent Arabic. This highly visible front desk role is critical to the patient experience, serving as a primary point of contact for international patients and their families while helping coordinate ongoing care and administrative support.

• Serve as the front-line contact for international patients and families
• Address patient needs and facilitate coordination of care
• Assist with case intake and ongoing patient support
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Support daily administrative and operational functions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and internal teams

• Fluent Arabic speaker required
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Healthcare, hospital, or patient-facing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
