This is an ON-SITE position requiring 5 days per week in our Boston, MA office.
About The DepartmentThe Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team creates and maintains work environments that support productivity, collaboration, and innovation across Franklin Templeton’s global offices. The team partners closely with employees, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure facilities operations run smoothly and consistently. Joining this team offers exposure to global operations, varied responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to a professional, service-focused workplace experience.
HowYou Will Add Value Facilities Operations & Systems Support
- You will manage maintenance and access requests through shared mailboxes.
- You will support work order and card access systems.
- You will process and track facility invoices.
- You will submit monthly expense reports.
- You will maintain compliant Certificates of Insurance.
- You will maintain internal Corporate Real Estate & Facilities SharePoint content.
- You will support global facilities, lease, and operations activities.
- You will contribute to special projects and process improvements.
- You will assist with reporting, coordination, and documentation as needed.
- You will welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- You will manage conference room reservations end to end.
- You will schedule meetings, visitors, and parking using EMS.
- You will verify daily room setups and visitor readiness.
- You will coordinate arrivals with administrative partners.
- You will coordinate catering orders and setup requirements.
- You will schedule audiovisual and Microsoft Teams support.
- You will prepare daily setup and catering billing reports.
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative, facilities, or office operations roles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Effective collaborator in a fast-paced environment.
- This position regularly interacts with clients, visitors, and employees and requires the ability to represent the organization in a positive, professional manner.
