Our client in Boston, MA is actively searching for an Executive Assistant to add to their team. The person in this position will be responsible for supporting the CEO with calendar management, project management, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings/events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and must be a confident person with a can-do attitude.
Compensation
: starting at $110-120k/yr

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a partner to CEO, acting as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage executive calendars, schedule their meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Project management
- Assist with planning and preparing for board meetings and high-level events
- Exercise good judgement, focusing on key priorities
- Draft, review, and triage communications
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO's or high-level executives
- Ability to be flexible with ever changing priorities and deadlines, open to working evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
