Executive Assistant to the CEO’s Chief of Staff
The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff to the CEO within a fast-paced executive office environment. This is a temporary 2-month assignment with the potential for extension or possible temp-to-perm consideration based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO’s Chief of Staff.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, schedules, and meetings.
- Coordinate extensively with other Executive Assistants and executive-level stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple teams and priorities.
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including materials, room setup, printing, and logistics.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
- Assist with expense reporting and related administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with executives, assistants, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative experience.
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives within a large organization.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense reporting systems preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage frequent schedule changes and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong executive presence.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and professional maturity.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to quickly integrate into an established team and provide immediate support.
This position works within a fast-paced executive office with shifting priorities and significant interaction with other Executive Assistants. Approximately 60% or more of the role will focus on calendar coordination, scheduling, and working with other Executive Assistants.
Pay RatePay Rate: up to $43.00 per hour depending on experience #ZRPOF
