Corporate Paralegal

Contract Details

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in Boston, MA. This position is set for a 12 month assignment with potential for extension.

Work Schedule:

Onsite:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | Remote:
Mondays and Fridays

California residents:
Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

• preparing and tracking NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
• managing contract routing and approvals
• maintaining records in a CLM system
• supporting vendor compliance documentation
• assisting with general legal and project-related administrative tasks

• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, corporate entity management and/or corporate paralegal support
• Experience with NDAs, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
• CLM system experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
