What's the Job?- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate ordering and restocking.
- Serve as the primary contact for facilities and IT issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and building management for maintenance, repairs, and services.
- Support employee engagement by planning events and managing on-site programs.
- 2-5+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating events.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
