Salary Range: $80K-$110K | Bonus Eligible
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday
Required: High school diploma and 5+ years of legal assistant experience

About the RoleOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to join their Finance and Restructuring practice group. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to several attorneys while working in a collaborative, collegial, and long-tenured environment.
Required Qualifications- High school diploma
- 5+ years of legal assistant experience
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PACER, and 3E
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
, with knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and legal terminology - Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility, adaptability, and keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to lift and move files or boxes as needed
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, appointment scheduling, and client communications
- Draft and edit legal documents
, client correspondence, contracts, agreements, and memos with strong attention to detail - Manage document production, including redlining, PDF-to-Word conversions, scanning, and organizing closing binders
- Create and edit complex Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal use
- Maintain accurate and organized client files, records, and documentation
- Support attorneys with billing and time entry processes
- Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Answer and route calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain a service-oriented demeanor at all times
- Take initiative on projects, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Arrange internal and external client meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the practice group
