A well-established, global organization to identify a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a high-level opportunity for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and independence.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, monitor the CEO's inbox, and ensure timely follow-up on key items
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Support board meeting preparation, scheduling, materials, and related logistics
- Anticipate executive needs, manage shifting priorities, and ensure important deadlines and commitments are met
- Handle sensitive information and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Operate independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CEO or equivalent senior leader
- Experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- A proactive, self-directed approach with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires responsiveness and flexibility
- Experience with board-level support is a plus
- In-office presence in Boston approximately 2-3 days every two weeks when the CEO is in town
