We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• End-to-End Process Design and Discovery: Expertise in mapping, analyzing, and re‑designing complex business processes, with a focus on Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C) and Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) cycles.
• Subscription Economy: Direct experience advising or implementing solutions for businesses transitioning to or operating within subscription‑based or recurring revenue models.
• Advanced Process & Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading deep‑Dive discovery workshops and defining future‑state processes with senior client stakeholders.
• Healthcare Tech:
  Electronic Health Records, RLCM, or other payment technologies
• Project management

Furthermore, we require candidates to have: 3‑6 years of experience in consulting at a consulting firm with a focus on client‑facing roles.

• Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) or L2C/Q2C enabling technologies (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora).
• Managing internal processes
• Leading projects

• Assisting in business development and proposals
• Coaching others
