Title: Business Development Manager – Temperature-Controlled Logistics

Metric Bio are partnering with a global temperature-controlled logistics company on a search for a Business Development Manager. In this role you will be responsible for selling and expanding temperature-controlled logistics services across the U.S. life sciences market.

This role will develop and execute business development strategies, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, clinical trial supply, and pharma distribution.

• 10+ years of experience in pharma/biopharma business development, sales, or strategic account management, preferably in logistics or cold chain services.
• Strong understanding of temperature-controlled supply chain and storage solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business development activities
