ISS is hiring! ISS seeks a Client Success Manager responsible for high-value account in our Enterprise segment of Market pulse- MI. Market Pulse is the industry’s leading distribution intelligence platform, delivering unmatched market sizing, competitive insights, and asset‑flow analytics - empowering asset managers with the actionable data and strategic intelligence they need to identify opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and drive smarter growth.

This role is pivotal in driving long-term customer success and strategic alignment between our company and clients.

This role requires a consultative approach, both externally with clients to understand their business objectives and needs, and internally across our product, data and support teams.

What you'll do:
* Own a portfolio of top-tier accounts with complex needs and high strategic value.
* Serve as primary escalation point for client challenges, ensuring functional collaboration with Product and sales.
* Build and maintain direct relationships with stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner
* Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales specialists and Account Directors.
* Serve as a product expert – onboard clients, train new user teams, build ad hoc reporting and provide industry insight in line with business goals.

Who You Are:
* 2-5 years’ experience in client success, account management preferably in finance.
* Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills with a flexible style depending on audience.
* Energetic self-starter with the ability to influence others through data and strong story telling.
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRMS.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

The expected base pay range for this role based in Boston, MA is $65,000- $85,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. The role is bonus or incentive eligible. #LI-JB1 #MIN #ASSOCIATE
