Massport’s Office of Strategic Initiatives & Planning plays a pivotal role in shaping the Authority’s long-term success by driving data-informed decision-making, fostering innovation, and aligning strategic priorities with business objectives. As a Business Analyst, Strategic Initiatives, you are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, adept at transforming complex data into actionable insights. With expertise in financial modeling, business intelligence, and industry analysis, you assess trends, risks, and opportunities to support long-term business strategy. Your ability to translate operational and technical concepts into clear recommendations makes you a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Analyze operational, financial, and industry data to generate insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to develop policy recommendations that align with business goals and industry trends.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategies, bridging the gap between subject matter experts, leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Communicate insights effectively through reports, presentations, and data-driven narratives to align stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ consultant work experience.
• Expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, policy analysis, and project management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assess risks, develop strategies, and engage stakeholders effectively.
