** Responsibilities
* ** Complete Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for current and potential clients on behalf of Boston Partners’ domestic and international distribution channels.
* Support the maintenance of external investment consultant databases used by prospects and clients.
* Coordinate with multiple departments throughout the firm, including portfolio management, compliance/legal, trading, operations, performance measurement, and information technology.
* Maintain ongoing updates to policies, firm information, personnel, and other pertinent information that must be distributed to clients and prospects in a timely manner.
* Perform quality control, monitoring for accuracy and integrity of information on consultant and internal databases.

* ** Bachelor’s degree, business/finance concentration preferred.
* Strong analytic and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management.
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.
* Able to work additional hours as needed, especially at quarter end.

** Compensation
* * The pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000.It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered. In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
