A company is looking for an Associate Buyer responsible for purchasing supplies, services, and equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze facility purchase requests and manage supplier purchase orders through various communication methods
- Handle special requests for non-po goods and services, ensuring contract compliance and managing p-card spend
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and approve invoices for payment while maintaining supplier relations
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge
- Three or more years of related experience in procurement or medical products supply
- Ability to work under strict time constraints and manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and / or database software
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management Information Systems
