Associate, Growth RoleThis role supports the agency’s Growth function, spanning new business development, pipeline management, marketing, and cross‑sell initiatives. The Associate, Growth helps power Racepoint’s proactive growth engine by driving research, organization, and operational excellence across business development efforts. This role translates market intelligence, prospect insights, and agency capabilities into compelling materials and actionable opportunities that fuel measurable revenue growth.
Your Role at Racepoint:- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and inform outreach strategies.
- Support identification and prioritization of target accounts aligned to Racepoint’s focus areas and ideal client profile.
- Draft, edit, and format pitch decks, proposals, capabilities materials, case studies, and client‑facing documents, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Leverage new business and outbound platforms to build, deploy, and optimize targeted outreach campaigns aligned to priority accounts and growth initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and pipeline information; support tracking of opportunities, timelines, and next steps.
- Assist in managing the growth pipeline by monitoring deadlines, tracking follow‑ups, and surfacing risks or opportunities.
- Help track and report on growth KPIs, including pipeline volume, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting inputs.
- Coordinate internal growth meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items to ensure accountability.
- Structured, detail‑oriented thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong research and synthesis capabilities with the ability to turn information into clear, actionable outputs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Proactive self‑starter with strong follow‑through and a bias toward action.
- Collaborative team player who can work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, PR, consulting, or agency environments; agency experience preferred.
We are only considering candidates currently based in the Boston area. This role requires in‑office presence two days per week
—Wednesdays plus one additional day. These expectations may evolve over time.
