Your role at Dynatrace
As an Associate Product Manager on the Dynatrace One post-sales team, you will support the development and improvement of tools and platforms that enable customer success, support, and professional services teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their product management career who is eager to learn, contribute to product initiatives, and grow in a collaborative environment. You will assist in gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Product Support & Coordination- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for internal tools and workflows.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps under guidance from senior team members.
- Help monitor product performance and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with post-sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
- Participate in meetings and help track action items to keep projects on schedule.
- Assist in analyzing data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Help create training materials and documentation for new tools and processes.
- Support change management efforts by assisting with communication and adoption activities.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and lifecycle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and interest in automation or workflow optimization is a plus.
- Exposure to internal product management or business operations in a technology company.
- Experience with data analysis tools or basic reporting.
- Interest in learning about automation platforms and analytics tools.

DOE, salary $120K - $130K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
