The Contract, Bid & RFP Specialist owns the end-to-end coordination of bids, RFPs, tenders, contracts, and commercial documentation across OneUS. Operating within a regulated medical device environment, this role ensures accuracy, compliance, and speed — acting as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, RA/QA, IT, and Leadership. You will directly support deal acceleration, reduce commercial risk, and deliver a consistent, professional contracting experience to GPOs, IDNs, and hospital networks across the US.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate bids, RFPs, and tenders aligned to commercial strategy
- Own commercial documentation including quotes, pricing, software agreements, service contracts, and renewals
- Ensure contract accuracy, version control, compliance, and audit readiness
- Translate contract terms into clear operational inputs for onboarding, billing, and service
- Improve templates, workflows, and KPIs to support scalability
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks
- Customer interaction occurs via phone, email, Teams, and occasional US/Canada travel.
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Legal/Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Experience in sales operations, contract coordination, bids/RFPs, or commercial operations within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and document management platforms
- Confident cross-functional collaborator with strong written communication skills
- Clear, concise business and contract writing. Ability to translate contractual language into operational requirements
- Professional customer-facing communication
