Why Join Us

We offer a supportive, growth-focused environment where your contribution directly impacts business expansion.

Benefits
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Comprehensive company contributed health insurance
  • Generous paid time off
  • Competitive salary + performance incentives

The Role

The Contract, Bid & RFP Specialist owns the end-to-end coordination of bids, RFPs, tenders, contracts, and commercial documentation across OneUS. Operating within a regulated medical device environment, this role ensures accuracy, compliance, and speed — acting as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, RA/QA, IT, and Leadership. You will directly support deal acceleration, reduce commercial risk, and deliver a consistent, professional contracting experience to GPOs, IDNs, and hospital networks across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate bids, RFPs, and tenders aligned to commercial strategy
  • Own commercial documentation including quotes, pricing, software agreements, service contracts, and renewals
  • Ensure contract accuracy, version control, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Translate contract terms into clear operational inputs for onboarding, billing, and service
  • Improve templates, workflows, and KPIs to support scalability
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks
  • Customer interaction occurs via phone, email, Teams, and occasional US/Canada travel.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Legal/Paralegal Studies, or related field
  • Experience in sales operations, contract coordination, bids/RFPs, or commercial operations within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and document management platforms
  • Confident cross-functional collaborator with strong written communication skills
  • Clear, concise business and contract writing. Ability to translate contractual language into operational requirements
  • Professional customer-facing communication

If you’re looking to join a scaling Med Tech business where process excellence and commercial impact matter — this is a key role within a high-growth phase.
