Overview
The Position:
The Relationship Management team is seeking a Director to lead firm-hosted events and strategic partner engagement initiatives. This role is focused on strengthening investment partner relationships, enhancing brand presence, and translating engagements into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead strategy and execution for firm-hosted events and bespoke partner engagements
- Partner with investment teams and senior leadership to align engagement priorities
- Drive post-engagement insights, impact measurement, and opportunity tracking
- Represent the firm at select conferences and industry events
- Own CRM-driven engagement operations, reporting, and partner targeting
- Lead and develop junior support resources
- 8+ years in relationship management, investor relations, or strategic engagement
- Proven success executing high-profile, business-impact engagements
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence
- Experience leveraging CRM tools (Deal Cloud / Salesforce preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong AI literacy and comfort using AI-enabled tools
