We are seeking an Investment Practice Business Manager to work closely with the senior leadership of Alpha’s Investments Practice. This role sits at the heart of practice operations, strategy execution, and day to day leadership support. It is designed for a highly organized, analytically strong, and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast‑paced consulting environment and enjoys being a force multiplier for senior leaders.

The Investment Practice Business Manager will act as a trusted partner to the Practice Lead(s), helping to drive operational rigor, reporting, planning, communications, and execution across the practice. While not a client delivery leadership role, this position is critical to enabling the scale, performance, and growth of the Investments Practice.

This role blends elements of business management, operations, analytics, communications, and light project management, with significant exposure to senior leadership and visibility across Alpha.

• Act as a day to day business manager and trusted right‑hand to the Investments Practice leadership.
• Support the development and execution of practice priorities, operating cadence, and strategic initiatives.
• Help manage a fast paced, high performing team by bringing structure, follow through, and clarity to priorities.
