For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $150,000 - $210,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The Senior Manager for HVAC Channels role is a high‑impact position that will be responsible for leading growth across all HVAC channels for our Home Solutions product portfolio. This role owns the partner strategy, expansion and performance – working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product managers and operations to scale distribution, maximize sell‑through and strengthen relationships nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have deep HVAC channel expertise, strong commercial experience and a passion for making an impact in the U.S. residential space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive HVAC channel strategy
- Identify emerging HVAC partners
- Own HVAC business plans including revenue targets and assortment strategies
- Lead joint business planning, line reviews and quarterly performance reviews
- Negotiate promotional calendars
- Partner with marketing and product managers to launch new Home Solutions products
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain to forecast, inventory play and ensure on‑time launches
- Track and analyse HVAC KPIs
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to Home Solutions and U.S. Country leadership
- 4‑year college degree with preferred focus in Business, Marketing and/or a related field
- 7+ years experience in HVAC channel management or business development with proven results (preferred: 10+ years, supervisor/manager experience a plus)
- Experience launching and scaling products
- Proven success managing national or regional accounts
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally
- Ability to multi‑task and deliver high‑quality results
- Communication skills to influence and lead
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership
