Associate Compliance Analyst

We are currently hiring a FT Associate Compliance Analyst hybrid in Boston, MA.

The Associate Compliance Analyst provides support to obtain commercial approval of alcoholic beverages worldwide with a concentration on the United States, and execute project tasks related to licensing, permitting, formulas and brand registration.

A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

• Coordinate and prepare, maintain and follow up on regulatory submissions for product approval, including formula and label approvals.
• Participate in interactions with regulatory agencies as needed to obtain product approval/clearance.
• Participate in key meetings and decision‑making process regarding formulation and labeling.
• Assist in the review and approval of product labeling, packaging and advertising for compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and prepare regulatory submissions to support the import and export of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate, prepare, and maintain federal and state licensing to support the production and sales of alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and organize internal databases and documents on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters.
• Perform other regulatory affairs duties when requested.
• May assist in the performance of internal quality and regulatory compliance audits and the evaluation and monitoring of corrective actions.
• Perform factual and legal research.
• Provides backup support to others on the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Tactical/Execution of regulatory tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
• Excellent, clear language and communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a fast‑paced multi‑task environment and under time constraints and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4‑year degree

Level: 8IC

At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $23.56 and $44.23/hour. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
