QA​/QC Executive - Construction

This senior leader is responsible for elevating quality standards across all construction initiatives. The role ensures consistent execution, regulatory alignment, and proactive risk management from early planning through final turnover. Working cross-functionally, this individual strengthens field performance, enhances client confidence, and drives measurable improvement across the organization.

Reports to executive leadership within project development and planning.

• Design and refine company-wide quality frameworks and controls.
• Partner with planning and field teams to identify exposure and strengthen execution strategies.
• Guide development of project-level quality roadmaps.
• Perform regular field assessments and address gaps in performance.
• Deliver executive insights on trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate project debriefs and oversee post-completion warranty processes.
• Support resolution of client concerns and complex compliance matters.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and knowledge-sharing events.

• Strong understanding of construction practices, compliance standards, and risk controls.
• Demonstrated leadership presence and effective communication skills.
• Experience in regulated or technically complex sectors preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to active project locations.
