Nasuni is looking for an experienced hands‑on Vice President of Revenue Operations to partner directly with our CRO and scale the next phase of our growth story.
We are a high‑growth, private equity‑backed enterprise SaaS company operating at ~$200M+ ARR with US and EMEA reach. This role is central to accelerating our path forward.
We’re looking for a true operator, someone who wakes up daily thinking about how to make the revenue engine better, faster, and more productive.
The OpportunityThis is not a back‑office reporting role. This is the operational heartbeat of our go‑to‑market organization.
You Will- Serve as the strategic partner to the CRO on GTM planning and execution
- Own global forecasting and revenue performance rigor
- Lead territory design, quota governance, and capacity planning
- Elevate board‑level reporting and executive insight
- Embed AI into revenue workflows to increase productivity and decision quality
- Drive capital‑efficient growth in a private equity operating environment
- Build and develop a high‑performing Rev Ops team
We need a forward‑thinking leader who thinks AI‑first
, constantly pushes for efficiency, and understands how Rev Ops must evolve to become more productive.

What Success Looks Like- Forecast accuracy improves and remains predictable
- GTM planning becomes more data‑driven and capacity‑based
- AI is embedded into pipeline inspection, modeling, and workflow automation
- Sales productivity and CAC efficiency measurably improve
- Board reporting is crisp, credible, and forward‑looking
- The CRO has a true operating partner
- 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations in enterprise SaaS
- 4–5+ years leading Rev Ops in a $100M+ ARR environment
- Direct ownership of global forecasting and executive reporting
- Experience operating in a private equity‑backed SaaS company (or equivalent board‑level rigor)
- Demonstrated Salesforce ownership at architecture level
- Experience embedding AI into forecasting, analytics, or workflow automation
- Proven ability to lead and develop Rev Ops teams
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, productivity, or capital efficiency
- Experience in enterprise infrastructure, data, or platform software
- Experience implementing sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management)
- Compensation design and quota modeling experience
- Exposure to PE operating partners and monthly performance reviews
- Has scaled ARR from ~$100M toward $300M+ in a PE‑backed environment
- Built Rev Ops functions that became materially leaner and more productive
- Improved forecast accuracy to 90–95%+ range
- AI‑forward thinker who has driven measurable automation and inspection lift
- Leadership maturity — has “weathered storms” and built durable systems
- A true operator — not just an advisor
- Naturally curious and constantly improving
