Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: 100% remote - MUST WORK EST HOURS
The most significant effort underway involves several sub-projects focused on ingesting executed contracts from a variety of source systems across the enterprise into a centralized contract repository. Now in its third year, the project has established a foundational set of user stories, which serve as a starting template for ongoing work. the team collaborates closely with Legal, as well as business and technical leads from the source systems to refine these user stories to meet specific requirements.
They are also responsible for defining the key metadata incorporated into their contracts.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will participate in many concurrently running projects related to one major effort that is sponsored by the CEO. This is a highly visible project in the Legal space, expected to run the entire year.
Responsibilities:
This BA is the translator between the legal team, technical staff, and different business departments.
- Work with specific departments to adapt that template to their specific needs
- Manage Sub-Projects:
This is a large effort, so the BA will juggle multiple smaller projects, bringing different parts of the company into the new system over time.
- Strong business analysis skills
- Should understand topics from a business perspective as well as technical and be able to bridge/translate conversations into detailed, concise user stories.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to shift between multiple projects and keep track of information with accuracy.
- Must have confidence and be able to articulate themselves well to a broad audience.
