Overview
Family Office Analyst (FOA) – Capital Partners, multi‑family office (MFO) team in Boston. The FOA supports the Relationship Manager (RM) as the primary contact for high‑net‑worth clients, manages day‑to‑day activities, ensures client needs are met, and prepares presentation materials for meetings.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting the RM with relationship management, trust & estate planning, and specialized lending services.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day client activities, ensuring services are delivered and client needs are satisfied.
- Prepare and present client meeting materials and assist with client and prospect meetings.
- Manage core portfolio activities:
Core Select, Fixed Income and Cash Management on behalf of the RM, including re‑balancing and re‑papering. - Handle client account maintenance: checks, fund transfers, gifting, reporting, account reviews, and documentation updates.
- Elevate at‑risk issues to the RM or Office Head, maintain compliance, and respond to all compliance reports.
- Lead administrative support functions, coordinate with the Administrative Assistant, and maintain account materials.
- Provide mentorship, training, and professional support to colleagues; foster teamwork and ensure adherence to client agreements.
- Engage in special projects across the firm and stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0‑3 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management and strong client‑service orientation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
