Partnership Alliances Manager - System Integrator
West Monroe is seeking an experienced Partnership Alliances Manager to help lead and grow our System Integrator (SI) partner program. This role is responsible for managing strategic SI relationships that expand our service capabilities, strengthen delivery execution, and drive mutual growth.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders internally and across partner organizations. The ideal candidate brings experience working in professional services, consulting, or large SI environments, with a strong understanding of how to build partner programs, support complex services engagements, and navigate issues when delivery is intake specifically frames the role as an operator of complex SI programs, not a deeply technical builder.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with large System Integrator partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and build strong working relationships across partner and West Monroe leadership teams.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence in partner-facing and internal settings, including top-to-top meetings, escalation discussions, and other high-visibility interactions.
- Help build and scale the SI partner program, including governance, relationship planning, accountability, and performance tracking.
- Support joint business development efforts, including pursuit coordination, pipeline alignment, and relationship activation across complex partner environments.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure partnership activity supports both commercial goals and successful client outcomes.
- Bring practical fluency in complex project delivery environments, including quality concerns, issue escalation, and recovery planning when engagements go off track.
- Help coordinate internal and partner stakeholders when delivery challenges arise, with a focus on restoring alignment, improving execution, and protecting the client relationship.
- Collaborate effectively with offshore and distributed teams in support of multi-party delivery models.
- Track key performance indicators related to partner activity, relationship health, pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, channel partnerships, or business development within a professional services, consulting, digital services, or SI environment.
- Experience building, managing, or scaling partner or channel programs within large, complex organizations.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and operate effectively in matrixed environments.
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and judgment in high-stakes internal and external situations.
- Experience supporting complex services engagements and working through delivery issues, quality concerns, or partner-related escalations.
- Familiarity with offshore and distributed delivery team models.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
