Product Reporting Analyst

About the Role

Client Reporting Services group within Client Operations has an open position for an Analyst based out of the Boston office supporting the Product Reporting Team. The Analyst will primarily focus on products/funds in the Fixed Income business and will be responsible for producing high quality, accurate, and timely reporting to support clients, prospects, and consultants.

• Partner with Product Management and our Client Group to understand the fundamentals of the approaches, the general reporting needs of our clients, and the guidelines governing marketing and client reporting.
• Develop expertise in an assigned suite of approaches and create product-level content for client reporting, including attribution and performance commentary, portfolio positioning and outlook text tailored to client guidelines, and product‑specific data analysis.
• Serve as an internal subject‑matter expert to other roles within Client Operations.
• Produce all standard product materials and recurring deliverables such as generic marketing presentations, institutional fact sheets, and product summaries.
• Peer‑review client deliverables completed by the team to ensure accuracy and data reasonability.
• Lead the production of customized client reporting.

• Strong academic credentials and 3+ years of professional experience in investment management or marketing communications.
• High level of capital markets/investment/product knowledge, especially in Fixed Income.
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Independent self‑starter and team player, able to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with internal and external systems and databases, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Positive collegial attitude and high professionalism (mandatory).
• An MBA, CFA, CMA, or CAIA, or progress toward one of these qualifications is a plus.

Base salary range: USD 80,000 – 150,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary corporate bonus and/or incentives if eligible. All employees are eligible for salary, variable compensation, and benefits.

Employees work from our offices four days a week with flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
