As a Product Delivery Manager in Corporate and Investment Bank, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Assists senior leadership with project staffing, governance decisions, and stakeholder presentations, including findings, outcomes, and solutions
  • Trains and mentors less experienced team members while leading effectively in a matrix reporting environment
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors, internal management, and front‑line staff
  • Partners with performance operations to understand client behavior and supports platform functions across legacy and external systems
  • Works independently and collaboratively to verify performance and risk analytics across multiple platforms using available tooling
  • Interprets, documents, and communicates functional testing results, including pre and post‑migration production issue resolution
  • Provides concise client migration status updates and assists with prioritization to ensure smooth project execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5 plus years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform‑wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Previous industry experience with institutional clients (working with market leading performance, attribution and analytics software platforms e.g., Fact Set)
  • Deep understanding of systems/software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency with office productivity software
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be on a steep learning curve
  • Attention to detail with demonstrated problem‑solving ability
  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Industry recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA and CIPM are encouraged
  • Degree in business, finance, or math is preferred
