  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, consistency, and transparency, institutionalizing best practices as the platform scales.
  • Coordinate drafting, oversight, and maintenance of regulatory documentation in collaboration with the Funds Legal team and other Fund Product colleagues.
  • Support coordination with stakeholders regarding potential changes to existing funds, tracking updates through governance processes and ensuring timely implementation.

  • Familiarity with interval funds, tender‑offer funds, BDCs, or other alternative structures is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, managing multiple work streams and tracking deliverables with high‑quality output across competing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset to navigate cross‑functional input where priorities and client needs may evolve.
  • Good business judgement, willingness to take initiative, and demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Grace under pressure with an ethos for hard work, organization, and responsiveness/follow‑through.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, simplifying complex topics.
