Product Launch Senior Associate
Harbour Vest continues to expand and seeks a Product Launch Senior Associate to assist with launching innovative new investment solutions. This hybrid role allows 18 remote workdays per quarter and is located in our investment firm.
Responsibilities- Assist in all aspects of new product launch from concept approval to first subscription.
- Support planning and execution of product launches.
- Establish key dependencies and goals to meet launch targets.
- Review and provide commercial perspective on legal, marketing, and other product documentation.
- Collect feedback from across the organization, evaluate inputs, and inform product term decisions.
- Coordinate with operational leads to ensure readiness for new product operational needs.
- Share experience and insights to influence product strategy and planning.
- Contribute to research and development prior to launch stage.
- Maintain the firm’s product development and launch pipeline and supporting tools.
- Other responsibilities as required.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in private markets or asset management focusing on structuring, product development, or product launch from a commercial or legal perspective.
- Demonstrated excellence in implementing multi‑dimensional projects.
- Strong familiarity with the private equity or broader private markets landscape.
- Deep understanding of the mechanics and inter‑dependencies of alternative investment funds.
- Strong project management experience leading large cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with various legal structures used for investors to access private market strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, creative, thoughtful, and flexible.
- Outstanding attention to detail with ability to push decisions while seeking diverse input.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, simplifying complex concepts.
- Team player with ability to lead or facilitate group efforts and influence colleagues.
- Organized and effective in supporting key initiatives, taking ownership of outcomes.
- Focused on significantly impacting the business while considering short‑ and long‑term opportunities and risks.
- Base Salary: $ – $ USD.
- Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and overall firm performance.
