Job Description

The Senior Associate, Global Private Wealth Operations will support the Head of Global Private Wealth and the COO Global Private Wealth, providing leverage, throughput, and organizational lift for both C‑suite executives.

This hybrid role offers 18 remote days per quarter and includes support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support leaders to clarify priorities, translate them into actionable plans, and drive progress on operational improvements and special projects through strong coordination, tracking, and follow-through.
  • Draft and coordinate leader materials (e.g., memos, presentations, dashboards) and manage stakeholder input, reviews, and deadlines.
  • Work with executive assistants to coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, ensure follow-ups, and track key action items.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and investment teams to support reporting rhythms, surface dependencies/risks, and help drive process improvements.
  • Spot operational bottlenecks, identify solutions, and coordinate owners to implement fixes and track outcomes.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and discretion during leadership meetings and maintain key details for governance purposes.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, investment operations, finance, program/project management, or a similar execution-oriented role.
  • Experience in private equity or fund of funds highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, especially drafting clear, concise leader-ready materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Highly proficient interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to push back respectfully and follow up persistently to drive closure.
