Sales Support Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst for an 11‑month contract assignment (W‑2). The analyst will support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy sector. This position is based in Houston, Texas 77002 and reports to the Sales Support Manager.

• Process commercial sales agreements and custom pricing requests.
• Set up prospects and accounts, analyze inbound requests for proposals, and manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes.
• Act as liaison between the internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met accurately.
• Engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across all internal departments.

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial analysis skills.

Estimated base hourly rate: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
