Senior Procurement Analyst

Senior Procurement Analyst - Boston, MA

Our client, a large organization in the transportation and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support core purchasing and sourcing activities. This role focuses on managing procurement processes, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across purchasing operations.

• Manage day‑to‑day procurement activities for goods and services
• Review requisitions and support sourcing needs across departments
• Prepare and administer RFPs/RFQs using electronic procurement systems
• Support vendor evaluation and selection processes
• Perform basic cost, spend, and market analysis
• Assist with contract and purchase order administration
• Support process improvements and system updates

• 3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with e‑procurement and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, People Soft, or similar preferred)
