Harbour Vest is an independent, global private markets firm with over 43 years of experience. The Director, Enabling Platforms will lead platforms, processes, and production resources that support sales enablement and client delivery for Wealth Marketing.
Hybrid Work ArrangementThis position is hybrid: employees receive 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.
Responsibilities- Define the vision, roadmap, and day‑to‑day application of Seismic, Loopio, and related enablement platforms for the Global Private Wealth business.
- Set platform direction and governance while coordinating high‑quality production and fulfillment.
- Partner with IT, Client Servicing, and Corporate Marketing to influence firm‑level platform decisions, integrations, and upstream data processes.
- Drive standardization and automation of sales materials, including templates, modular content, and presentation assembly capabilities.
- Oversee production and maintenance of standard sales presentations, core collateral, and scalable RFP/DDQ processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve platform performance, adoption, and efficiency.
- Own intake, prioritization, and workflow processes for sales enablement requests with transparency into demand, capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Wealth Marketing to align workflows, calendars, and delivery expectations.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for standard presentation and RFP library operations, setting clear standards for quality, responsiveness, and execution rigor.
- Deep experience with sales enablement platforms (Seismic strongly preferred), RFP systems (Loopio or similar), and project management tools (Smartsheet, or similar).
- Proven track record of crafting scalable processes while delivering high‑quality execution.
- Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, technology, and operations teams.
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations and shared platform environments.
- Clear communicator who can translate complex workflows into simple, usable processes.
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent experience. 10+ years in marketing operations, sales enablement, or related marketing roles.
Base salary range: $140,000 – $160,000 USD. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, long‑term reward programs, and a comprehensive total rewards package including retirement, health insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
