We are looking for an emerging practice leader in training to lead full engagements and guide teams in the Financial Services practice.
How You Will Create An Impact- Why this role is different
- This job is a leadership accelerator, not a project manager.
- You will run key client engagements, develop junior talent, and shape the FS practice while working alongside partners.
- What you’ll do
- Lead engagements that matter—own end‑to‑end delivery of financial services strategy, from kickoff to executive‑ready recommendations.
- Elevate analysis into client‑ready insight using data, analytics, and research.
- Drive project planning and execution: scope, workplan, timelines, team cadence, quality, economics and margin.
- Create actionable deliverables and help clients translate strategy into real‑world implementation.
- Build trusted executive relationships, present findings to senior audiences.
- Lead and coach high‑performing consultant teams.
- Serve as a Career Development Advisor and recruit/onboard FS talent.
- Contribute to the practice through capability building, thought leadership, and business development support.
- You’re a high‑performing consultant with strong problem‑solving, people‑leading, and executive‑influence skills.
- Experience
- 7+ years in strategy or management consulting (or comparable) with financial services clients.
- Expertise in commercial growth topics: growth strategy, go‑to‑market, pricing & packaging, value proposition, monetization, segmentation & analytics‑led strategy, product/portfolio strategy, distribution, omnichannel strategy, sales effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills that translate complex analysis into crisp insight.
- Strong communication and executive‑ready presentation skills.
- Track record managing multiple projects—workplans, budgets, timelines, delivery quality.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with inclusive leadership style.
- Interest/experience in selling and shaping work (new & follow‑on).
- Willingness to travel 25% or 2‑3 days in office.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Existing North American FS network is a plus.
Base salary $190,000–$200,000 per year (US roles); performance bonus, annual merit increases, and comprehensive benefits. Benefits include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
