Senior Commercial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• CRM build out for current needs with an eye on long‑term scalability.
• Assessment and ownership of the broader commercial tech stack.
• Responsibility for data integrity across platforms, setting best practices & driving compliance.
• Manage the quote‑to‑cash process by processing incoming orders while setting up systems for scalability with the customer at front of mind, facilitating and ensuring revenue reconciliation in partnership with finance.
• Work with Manufacturing to develop long‑term build schedule based on a data‑informed forecast for instruments & consumables.
• Partner with Scientific Operations to prioritize existing & incoming customer projects, ensuring we are billing at the appropriate time by working with finance.
• Develop short & long‑term process for customer satisfaction surveys, both tNPS and rNPS.
• Development & execution of impactful analytics & reporting to deliver insights, identify process gaps early & facilitate mitigation planning across the full commercial cycle from early lead generation through revenue.
• Facilitate documentation and submissions of tenders & grants.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years supporting Commercial teams in analytics/operations, ideally in the Biotech Tools space.
• Experience with Hub Spot, Net Suite and related reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on insights and outcomes.
• Comfortable working with individuals at varying skill levels and backgrounds, adapting communication style and content as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi‑task to execute effectively and meet deadlines while focusing on team success.
• Flourishes in a highly dynamic and small company environment.

Compensation:

An attractive compensation and benefits package based on market pay data will be commensurate with candidate skills, qualifications, and experience.

The pay range for this role is:

130, USD per year (Headquarters)
