Act as a trusted advisor to Managing Directors and Executive Directors, driving VC strategic initiatives across the JPMorgan platform;
Lead the preparation and execution of content creation for meetings with healthcare & life sciences VCs and portfolio companies, internal briefings, and high-profile events;
Serve as a central point across different lines of business, including inbound requests from internal partners, including business management, commercial banking, investment banking and fund banking teams;
Build and maintain relationships with junior investors, founders, and ecosystem partners, representing the team at internal and external events and expanding your professional network;
Oversee and optimize team operations, including calendar management, metrics tracking, budget planning, and process improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
